The IM FINE office was designed to reflect a horizontal organizational culture—open, flexible, and creative. The space encourages more efficient and inspired ways of working, fostering collaboration and communication throughout.
The first floor serves as a showroom-like space that visually expresses the brand’s identity and values, leaving a strong first impression on visitors.
Meanwhile, the basement level is dedicated to the team’s daily work, with a layout focused on freedom and collaboration, allowing for both open dialogue and deep concentration.
Evolving from the name ‘IM FINE,’ the concept of the Fun Laboratory goes beyond the conventional office—a creative workplace where fun and experimentation coexist.

‘Connection’ is more than just a relationship between people it is the intertwining of individual moments and lives over time. In this space, daily experiences naturally blend, fleeting moments are shared, and lives become interconnected. We aimed to capture these delicate interweavings within the space.
A balance between aged, imperfect lines and newly drawn precise ones, the harmony of contrasting materials, and the interplay of structural elements with minimalist furniture all come together to express the essence of connections formed through the passage of time.

Reflecting the philosophy of ‘Gyro,’ which signifies rotation, this space embodies the concept of continuous circulation with no clear beginning or end. This symbolizes the ongoing transformation and growth of the body and mind through movement while emphasizing the core as a space for self-reflection and focus.
At the heart of the space, a large rectangular table is placed to enhance communication and a sense of belonging, reinforcing its role as the core hub. The workout rooms are designed with minimal distractions, featuring only mirrors, equipment, and storage for small tools, creating an environment for complete concentration.

By utilizing the inherent properties of concrete, wood, and metal, we have maximized the unique characteristics of each material. Additionally, by preserving the original concrete surface an essential architectural finish we aim to create a timeless and sustainable design.
The main structure, which harmoniously combines contrasting materials wood and metal features a rotational form that enhances the efficiency of spatial circulation. This design not only establishes a strong visual focal point but also brings vitality to the space. Beyond its functional role, it serves as a symbolic element of the overall design.

It is composed of the coexistence of a dual atmosphere of a static space and a space expressing individuality. The space of a typical yoga center is a series of silences, but in the space called “Gṛha,” I hoped to comfortably bring out the true self that was hidden inside and allow various inner aspects to be expressed. Furthermore, it is a space where various selves gather to create our own Gṛha.
The lounge space is composed of a blue round table, symbolizing that it is a space where various selves can be expressed, such as liveliness, shyness, and playfulness. In order for various people to come together and talk to each other to foster a sense of community and become one, a space for conversation was created with round tables and benches rather than counters.

I was impressed by his bright and cheerful energy and the confident way he pioneered his own path without worrying about what others thought. We interpreted the brand's identity in the language of "my brave step toward the world." Rather than simply pursuing something trendy or unique, I wanted to talk about the curiosity, uniqueness, and familiarity of being at the home of a friend who lives a life different from others. The bright and distinctive yellow symbolizes LMAO's main message of courage and individuality. Taking advantage of the characteristics of a one-person private hair shop, the small space was effectively utilized, and the yellow front storage cabinet that maximizes space utilization shows LMAO's personality. In addition, to solve the narrowness, which was the biggest drawback of the site, the opposite wall was patterned with mirrors to create a sense of expansion of space. The irregular table in the center of the store has a functional design that allows the upper treatment machine to be installed and serves as a table support.
